WIMIN Art Auction

The WIMIN Art Auction is a social fundraising and network event held by WIMIN. Auction items are sourced throughout the year by WMIS members (and beyond) and auctioned off at the WMIC. All proceeds from the WIMIN portion of the auction go towards WIMIN initiatives for the next year. Event highlights include: WIMIN Awards recognition, passed hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, and an energetic interactive art auction

WMIC Gala

Friday, October 3rd, 2025 | 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Alaska Native Heritage Center following the Closing Ceremony on Friday, October 3, 2025. This exclusive gala offers dinner and drinks along with private access to the entire Heritage Center grounds, where you can explore traditional native dwellings and learn about Alaska’s indigenous cultures. Located at 8800 Heritage Center Drive, this special event provides the perfect opportunity to network with colleagues while experiencing the rich cultural heritage of Alaska’s native communities in a stunning and meaningful setting.

Transportation: WMIS will provide round-trip shuttle bus transportation for attendees between Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center and Alaska Native Heritage Center. Shuttles will depart from the convention center directly following the Closing Ceremony.

Tickets: Tickets for the Gala can be purchased online when you register for the Congress. If you have already registered for WMIC, you can go back and add a Gala ticket to your existing registration. Guest passes are also available for purchase. Tickets are $50 USD each, and $25 USD for students.
