DEI Consulting Group: Solid Solutions
Professional societies that are committed to diversity and inclusion have been shown to correlate with increases in recruitment and retention of more diverse members of their respective professions. In 2021, the Committee reached out to Solid Solutions Consulting Group, LLC to manage and consult on this project by offering their expertise, and training WMIS members—particularly Diversity Committee members.
