Instructions for Presenters

The WMIC Virtual 2020 is just around the corner! We are delighted that you will be presenting your research to a global audience of peers in the molecular imaging sciences.

Please read below for additional information about how to sign in to the platform and access the Q&A session:

To log in to the conference, you will go to https://www.wmicvirtual.org/login/ and log in using the same credentials used to upload your talk. Once you log in, you will be able to view the platform and all the features for the meeting.

It is important that you attend your scheduled session. You will access the session room from the left navigation. You will have a moderator for your session. Throughout the session, the moderator will be collecting questions asked by attendees. At the end of each session, you will click the link in the right nav called Post Session Live Q&A. This will take you to the session breakout room. You will click this link to attend the Live Q&A. Once you have entered the breakout room, your moderator will make you a speaker. The moderator will then ask you and the other speakers in your session the questions that were asked by attendees during the session.

The WMIC Pre-meeting events kick off on Tuesday, October 6th at 10:00 AM ET with the Early Professionals in Molecular Imaging Interest Group’s networking session. They will be giving demos on how to use the networking platform and how to make the most out of the virtual conference. It would be beneficial for you to attend so that you can learn more about how to navigate the conference. You will also be able to engage and attend pre-meeting workshops and Interest Group meet and greets throughout the day on Tuesday.

Our official meeting begins on Wednesday, October 7th at 9:00 AM ET with an Opening Ceremony featuring WMIS President Julie Sutcliffe, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the IOI Interest Group, and an opening Plenary from Dr. Peter Campbell. The scientific and spotlight sessions will occur throughout the day Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET with networking sessions following.

If you have any questions about the above information, please let us know as soon as possible. We would like to thank you again for being part of WMIC Virtual 2020. We can’t wait to “see” you at the meeting!
