ABOUT THE CONGRESS

The World Molecular Imaging Congress (WMIC) is the annual meeting of the World Molecular Imaging Society (WMIS), bringing together researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals from around the world.

WMIC 2026 will provide a forum for sharing new discoveries, discussing emerging methods, and building collaborations that strengthen the molecular imaging community.

WMIC 2026 will take place in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, surrounded by modern hotels, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The Salt Palace Convention Center offers a spacious and accessible venue designed for scientific exchange and community interaction.

Salt Lake City provides a unique combination of urban energy and natural beauty. Framed by the Wasatch Mountains and home to major research institutions, the city offers an inspiring environment for learning and connection.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Researchers at all career stages are invited to submit work spanning the full spectrum of molecular imaging science, including:

  • Probe and agent development
  • Computational and data-driven imaging
  • Translational and clinical studies
  • New approach methodologies (NAMs)
  • Imaging, therapy, and theranostic innovations in oncology, neuroscience, cardiology, and immunology
